Russia banned the import of Ukrainian alcoholic beverages

Russia suspended the import of alcoholic beverages from Ukraine due to the violations of the consumer protection law.

Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision suspended the import of alcoholic beverages from Ukraine. The reason for the ban are numerous violations of the consumer protection law. The ban comes into force on August 15.
