Russia imposes temporary restrictions on imports of pork from Canada due to the repeated detection of harmful substances.

Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance imposes temporary restrictions on imports of pork from Canada since November 14, 2014. Restrictions are imposed because of the repeated detection of harmful substances in the Canadian pork.
