Russia and DPRK decided to increase bilateral trade to 1 billion dollars through the implementation of joint projects.

At the first meeting of the Business Council Russia-DPRK was decided to increase bilateral trade to 1 billion dollars. Russia plans to build the first section of the railway from Pyongyang to Nampo and modernize the metallurgical plant named Kim Chuck. In turn, the DPRK will provide access to its mineral resources.
