Russia filed a lawsuit in an international court to recover the Ukrainian debt

Russia has submitted a lawsuit in an international court to recover the debt from the Ukraine in the amount of 3 million dollars.
Today, Russia has submitted to the International Court of Justice in London a lawsuit to recover the debt from the Ukraine in the amount of 3 million dollars. Earlier, Russia has repeatedly tried to resolve the problem of the Ukrainian debt through negotiations . However, Ukraine has refused to negotiate constructively .
