In 2011, Russia’s trade with Brazil totaled $6,513,958,652, up 11.05% ($648,390,243) from 2010.

Russia’s exports to Brazil in 2011 totaled $2,124,912,493, up 18.16% ($326,585,187) from 2010.

Russia’s imports from Brazil in 2011 totaled $4,389,046,159, up 7.91% ($321,805,056) from 2010.

Russia’s trade deficit with Brazil in 2011 was $2,264,133,666, a 0.21% decrease ($4,780,131) over 2010.

Brazil was Russia’s 26th largest trading partner in 2011 (down from 25th in 2010), accounting for 0.7920% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.9370% in 2010).

Brazil was Russia’s 35th largest export market in 2011 (down from 33rd in 2010), accounting for 0.4112% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.4529% in 2010).

  • Mineral products (HS codes 25-27) - 14.16% of Russia’s total exports to Brazil (26.20% in 2010);
  • Metals and products from them (HS codes 72-83) - 2.74% of Russia’s total exports to Brazil (15.81% in 2010);
  • Machinery, equipment and vehicles (HS codes 84-90) - 1.13% of Russia’s total exports to Brazil (2.42% in 2010);
