In 2011, Russia’s trade with Japan totaled $29,660,547,486, up 28.46% ($6,572,113,473) from 2010.

Russia’s exports to Japan in 2011 totaled $14,643,462,641, up 14.15% ($1,814,955,632) from 2010.

Russia’s imports from Japan in 2011 totaled $15,017,084,845, up 46.37% ($4,757,157,841) from 2010.

Russia’s trade balance with Japan went from a surplus of $2,568,580,005 in 2010, to a deficit of $373,622,204 in 2011.

Japan was Russia’s 9th largest trading partner in 2011 (just as in 2010), accounting for 3.6062% of Russia’s total trade (down from 3.6884% in 2010).

Japan was Russia’s 11th largest export market in 2011 (down from 9th in 2010), accounting for 2.8339% of Russia’s total exports (down from 3.2308% in 2010).
