In 2012, Russia’s trade with Chile totaled $526,831,042, up 15.87% ($72,152,259) from 2011.

Russia’s exports to Chile in 2012 were $29,942,887, down 7.90% ($2,568,906) from 2011.

Russia’s imports from Chile in 2012 totaled $496,888,155, up 17.70% ($74,721,165) from 2011.

Russia’s trade deficit with Chile in 2012 was $466,945,268, a 19.84% increase ($77,290,071) over 2011.

Chile was Russia’s 79th largest trading partner in 2012 (up from 83rd in 2011), accounting for 0.0626% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0553% in 2011).

Chile was Russia’s 118th largest export market in 2012 (up from 122nd in 2011), accounting for 0.0057% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0063% in 2011).

  • Metals and products from them (HS codes 72-83) - 8.35% of Russia’s total exports to Chile (9.36% in 2011);
  • Food products and agricultural raw materials (HS codes 01-24) - 3.54% of Russia’s total exports to Chile (2.40% in 2011);
  • Machinery, equipment and vehicles (HS codes 84-90) - 2.92% of Russia’s total exports to Chile (33.74% in 2011);
