In 2013, Russia’s trade with Croatia totaled $1,731,218,800, up 141.61% ($1,014,691,965) from 2012.

Russia’s exports to Croatia in 2013 totaled $1,338,696,973, up 267.00% ($973,925,812) from 2012.

Russia’s imports from Croatia in 2013 totaled $392,521,827, up 11.59% ($40,766,153) from 2012.

Russia’s trade surplus with Croatia in 2013 was $946,175,146, a 7,169.61% increase ($933,159,659) over 2012.

Croatia was Russia’s 55th largest trading partner in 2013 (up from 74th in 2012), accounting for 0.2056% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0851% in 2012).

Croatia was Russia’s 48th largest export market in 2013 (up from 69th in 2012), accounting for 0.2539% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0695% in 2012).

Croatia was Russia’s 64th largest supplier in 2013 (down from 62nd in 2012), accounting for 0.1246% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.1109% in 2012).

The major share of Russian exports to Croatia in 2013 (and in 2012) was accounted for the following product types:

  • Mineral products (HS codes 25-27) - 93.25% of Russia’s total exports to Croatia (80.47% in 2012);
  • Metals and products from them (HS codes 72-83) - 3.81% of Russia’s total exports to Croatia (10.40% in 2012);
  • Chemical products (HS codes 28-40) - 1.23% of Russia’s total exports to Croatia (6.05% in 2012);
