In 2015, Russia’s trade with Bulgaria totaled $2,361,013,908, up 11.61% ($245,646,229) from 2014.

Russia’s exports to Bulgaria in 2015 totaled $1,887,476,064, up 29.01% ($424,374,995) from 2014.

Russia’s imports from Bulgaria in 2015 were $473,537,844, down 27.40% ($178,728,766) from 2014.

Russia’s trade surplus with Bulgaria in 2015 was $1,413,938,220, a 74.38% increase ($603,103,761) over 2014.

Bulgaria was Russia’s 39th largest trading partner in 2015 (up from 46th in 2014), accounting for 0.4486% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.2702% in 2014).

Bulgaria was Russia’s 37th largest export market in 2015 (up from 44th in 2014), accounting for 0.5493% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.2944% in 2014).

Bulgaria was Russia’s 51st largest supplier in 2015 (down from 50th in 2014), accounting for 0.2592% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.2281% in 2014).

  • Machinery, equipment and vehicles (HS codes 84-90) - 6.57% of Russia’s total exports to Bulgaria (12.63% in 2014);
