In 2015, Russia’s trade with Nigeria was $307,634,928, down 16.44% ($60,508,324) from 2014.

Russia’s exports to Nigeria in 2015 were $284,961,816, down 18.96% ($66,655,247) from 2014.

Russia’s imports from Nigeria in 2015 totaled $22,673,112, up 37.20% ($6,146,923) from 2014.

Russia’s trade surplus with Nigeria in 2015 was $262,288,704, a 21.73% decrease ($72,802,170) over 2014.

Nigeria was Russia’s 86th largest trading partner in 2015 (up from 90th in 2014), accounting for 0.0585% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0470% in 2014).

Nigeria was Russia’s 73rd largest export market in 2015 (up from 76th in 2014), accounting for 0.0829% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0708% in 2014).

Nigeria was Russia’s 102nd largest supplier in 2015 (up from 107th in 2014), accounting for 0.0124% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0058% in 2014).

  • Chemical products (HS codes 28-40) - 13.84% of Russia’s total exports to Nigeria (22.43% in 2014);

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Nigeria in 2015 over 2014 were recorded for the following product groups:
