Russia's Trade with Egypt
In the 2nd quarter of 2016, Russia's trade with Egypt was $718,056,343, down 24.28% ($230,213,920) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.
Russia's exports to Egypt in the 2nd quarter of 2016 were $564,844,377, down 26.35% ($202,095,941) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.
Russia's imports from Egypt in the 2nd quarter of 2016 were $153,211,966, down 15.51% ($28,117,979) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.
Russia's trade surplus with Egypt in the 2nd quarter of 2016 was $411,632,411, a 29.71% decrease ($173,977,962) over the 2nd quarter of 2015.
Egypt was Russia's 29th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (down from 27th in the 2nd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.6597% of Russia's total trade (down from 0.6955% in the 2nd quarter of 2015).
Egypt was Russia's 25th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (down from 22nd in the 2nd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.8501% of Russia's total exports (up from 0.8378% in the 2nd quarter of 2015).

Russia's Exports to Egypt
The major share of Russian exports to Egypt in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2015) was accounted for the following product types:

- Metals and products from them (HS codes 72-83) - 26.58% of Russia's total exports to Egypt (21.04% in the 2nd quarter of 2015);
