Russia’s Trade with Saudi Arabia

In the 2nd quarter of 2016, Russia’s trade with Saudi Arabia was $131,426,005, down 32.84% ($64,259,601) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s exports to Saudi Arabia in the 2nd quarter of 2016 were $93,879,048, down 40.63% ($64,241,773) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s imports from Saudi Arabia in the 2nd quarter of 2016 were $37,546,957, down 0.05% ($17,828) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s trade surplus with Saudi Arabia in the 2nd quarter of 2016 was $56,332,091, a 53.27% decrease ($64,223,945) over the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Saudi Arabia was Russia’s 72nd largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (down from 69th in the 2nd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.1208% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.1435% in the 2nd quarter of 2015).

Saudi Arabia was Russia’s 64th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (down from 60th in the 2nd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.1413% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.1727% in the 2nd quarter of 2015).

Saudi Arabia was Russia’s 72nd largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (down from 70th in the 2nd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.0886% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0839% in the 2nd quarter of 2015).

Russia’s Exports to Saudi Arabia

The major share of Russian exports to Saudi Arabia in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2015) was accounted for the following product types:
