Russia’s Trade with Uruguay

In the 3rd quarter of 2016, Russia’s trade with Uruguay was $28,091,209, down 37.31% ($16,720,336) from the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s exports to Uruguay in the 3rd quarter of 2016 were $2,810,074, down 62.56% ($4,695,336) from the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s imports from Uruguay in the 3rd quarter of 2016 were $25,281,135, down 32.23% ($12,025,000) from the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s Imports from Uruguay

The major share of Russian imports from Uruguay in the 3rd quarter of 2016 (and in the 3rd quarter of 2015) was accounted for the following product types:

  • Food products and agricultural raw materials (HS codes 01-24) - 98.71% of Russia’s total imports from Uruguay (99.43% in the 3rd quarter of 2015);
  • Chemical products (HS codes 28-40) - 1.17% of Russia’s total imports from Uruguay (0.51% in the 3rd quarter of 2015).
