Russia’s Trade with Cote d’Ivoire

In the 4th quarter of 2016, Russia’s trade with Cote d’Ivoire totaled $97,189,671, up 0.80% ($769,400) from the 4th quarter of 2015.

Russia’s exports to Cote d’Ivoire in the 4th quarter of 2016 totaled $29,895,527, up 86.82% ($13,893,005) from the 4th quarter of 2015.

Russia’s imports from Cote d’Ivoire in the 4th quarter of 2016 were $67,294,144, down 16.32% ($13,123,605) from the 4th quarter of 2015.

Russia’s trade deficit with Cote d’Ivoire in the 4th quarter of 2016 was $37,398,617, a 41.94% decrease ($27,016,610) over the 4th quarter of 2015.

Cote d’Ivoire was Russia’s 86th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2016 (down from 80th in the 4th quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.0713% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.0737% in the 4th quarter of 2015).

Cote d’Ivoire was Russia’s 64th largest supplier in the 4th quarter of 2016 (down from 60th in the 4th quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.1283% of Russia’s total imports (down from 0.1664% in the 4th quarter of 2015).

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Cote d’Ivoire in the 4th quarter of 2016 over the 4th quarter of 2015 were recorded for the following product groups:

  • Fertilizers (HS code 31) - a decrease of $890,082;
  • Vehicles other than railway or tramway rolling stock, and parts and accessories thereof (HS code 87) - a decrease of $478,516.
