Russia’s Trade with Poland

In the 4th quarter of 2016, Russia’s trade with Poland totaled $3,977,817,099, up 22.89% ($740,963,875) from the 4th quarter of 2015.

Russia’s exports to Poland in the 4th quarter of 2016 totaled $2,804,784,439, up 29.86% ($644,982,817) from the 4th quarter of 2015.

Russia’s imports from Poland in the 4th quarter of 2016 totaled $1,173,032,660, up 8.91% ($95,981,058) from the 4th quarter of 2015.

Russia’s trade surplus with Poland in the 4th quarter of 2016 was $1,631,751,779, a 50.70% increase ($549,001,759) over the 4th quarter of 2015.

Poland was Russia’s 10th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2016 (up from 13th in the 4th quarter of 2015), accounting for 2.9191% of Russia’s total trade (up from 2.4753% in the 4th quarter of 2015).

Poland was Russia’s 9th largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2016 (up from 12th in the 4th quarter of 2015), accounting for 3.3455% of Russia’s total exports (up from 2.6201% in the 4th quarter of 2015).

Poland was Russia’s 10th largest supplier in the 4th quarter of 2016 (just as in the 4th quarter of 2015), accounting for 2.2373% of Russia’s total imports (up from 2.2282% in the 4th quarter of 2015).

The major share of Russian exports to Poland in the 4th quarter of 2016 (and in the 4th quarter of 2015) was accounted for the following product types:
