Russia’s Trade with Moldova

In the 2nd quarter of 2017, Russia’s trade with Moldova was $213,918,790, down 3.32% ($7,336,570) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s exports to Moldova in the 2nd quarter of 2017 were $147,128,788, down 14.54% ($25,037,307) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s imports from Moldova in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $66,790,002, up 36.06% ($17,700,737) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s trade surplus with Moldova in the 2nd quarter of 2017 was $80,338,786, a 34.72% decrease ($42,738,044) over the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Moldova was Russia’s 66th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (down from 60th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.1531% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.2033% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Moldova was Russia’s 61st largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (down from 52nd in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.1752% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.2591% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Moldova was Russia’s 63rd largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 67th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.1197% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.1158% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Russia’s Exports to Moldova

The major share of Russian exports to Moldova in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2016) was accounted for the following product types:
