Russia’s Trade with Nicaragua

In the 2nd quarter of 2017, Russia’s trade with Nicaragua totaled $12,430,761, up 107.56% ($6,441,798) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s exports to Nicaragua in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $8,241,790, up 180.15% ($5,299,917) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s imports from Nicaragua in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $4,188,971, up 37.47% ($1,141,881) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s trade balance with Nicaragua went from a deficit of $105,217 in the 2nd quarter of 2016, to a surplus of $4,052,819 in the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Nicaragua was Russia’s 127th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 133rd in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0089% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0055% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).
