In 2017, Russia’s trade with Kazakhstan totaled $17,240,591,624, up 32.22% ($4,201,471,592) from 2016.

Russia’s exports to Kazakhstan in 2017 totaled $12,323,913,543, up 30.73% ($2,897,022,021) from 2016.

Russia’s imports from Kazakhstan in 2017 totaled $4,916,678,081, up 36.11% ($1,304,449,571) from 2016.

Russia’s trade surplus with Kazakhstan in 2017 was $7,407,235,462, a 27.39% increase ($1,592,572,450) over 2016.

Kazakhstan was Russia’s 10th largest trading partner in 2017 (up from 12th in 2016), accounting for 2.9519% of Russia’s total trade (up from 2.7876% in 2016).

Kazakhstan was Russia’s 8th largest export market in 2017 (just as in 2016), accounting for 3.4513% of Russia’s total exports (up from 3.3020% in 2016).

Kazakhstan was Russia’s 9th largest supplier in 2017 (up from 11th in 2016), accounting for 2.1663% of Russia’s total imports (up from 1.9819% in 2016).
