Russia’s exports to Kenya in 2017 totaled $201,754,170, up 54.76% ($71,389,646) from 2016.

Russia’s imports from Kenya in 2017 were $137,013,166, down 0.39% ($542,972) from 2016.

Russia’s trade balance with Kenya went from a deficit of $7,191,614 in 2016, to a surplus of $64,741,004 in 2017.

Kenya was Russia’s 87th largest trading partner in 2017 (up from 88th in 2016), accounting for 0.0580% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0573% in 2016).

Kenya was Russia’s 87th largest export market in 2017 (up from 93rd in 2016), accounting for 0.0565% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0457% in 2016).

  • Mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation; bituminous substances; mineral waxes (HS code 27) - a decrease of $1,177,774;
  • Inorganic chemicals; organic or inorganic compounds of precious metals, of rare-earth metals,of radioactive elements or of isotopes (HS code 28) - a decrease of $710,141;
  • Paper and paperboard; articles of paper pulp, of paper or of paperboard (HS code 48) - a decrease of $655,510.
