Russia’s imports from Sudan in 2017 totaled $787,640, up 126.07% ($439,240) from 2016.

Russia’s trade surplus with Sudan in 2017 was $437,124,922, a 89.04% increase ($205,887,635) over 2016.

Sudan was Russia’s 81st largest trading partner in 2017 (up from 93rd in 2016), accounting for 0.0751% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0496% in 2016).

Sudan was Russia’s 68th largest export market in 2017 (up from 75th in 2016), accounting for 0.1226% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0811% in 2016).

Sudan was Russia’s 147th largest supplier in 2017 (up from 153rd in 2016), accounting for 0.0003% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0002% in 2016).

  • Machinery, equipment and vehicles (HS codes 84-90) - 1.60% of Russia’s total exports to Sudan (0.67% in 2016).

Russia’s Imports from Sudan

  • Oil seeds and oleaginous fruits; miscellaneous grains, seeds and fruits; industrial or medicinal plants; straw and fodder (HS code 12) - a decrease of $75,526;
