Russia’s exports to the Dominican Republic in 2017 totaled $32,023,571, up 11.17% ($3,218,803) from 2016.

Russia’s imports from the Dominican Republic in 2017 totaled $20,225,689, up 35.44% ($5,292,600) from 2016.

Russia’s trade surplus with the Dominican Republic in 2017 was $11,797,882, a 14.95% decrease ($2,073,797) over 2016.

The Dominican Republic was Russia’s 130th largest trading partner in 2017 (up from 131st in 2016), accounting for 0.0089% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.0094% in 2016).

The Dominican Republic was Russia’s 121st largest export market in 2017 (up from 124th in 2016), accounting for 0.0090% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0101% in 2016).

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to the Dominican Republic in 2017 over 2016 were recorded for the following product groups:

  • Cereals (HS code 10) - a decrease of $4,025,141;
  • Inorganic chemicals; organic or inorganic compounds of precious metals, of rare-earth metals,of radioactive elements or of isotopes (HS code 28) - a decrease of $920,101;

Russia’s Imports from the Dominican Republic
