Russia’s Trade with South Ossetia

In the 2nd quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with South Ossetia totaled $18,900,342, up 50.28% ($6,323,834) from the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s exports to South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2018 totaled $15,295,895, up 64.41% ($5,992,411) from the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s imports from South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2018 totaled $3,604,447, up 10.13% ($331,423) from the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s trade surplus with South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2018 was $11,691,448, a 93.87% increase ($5,660,988) over the 2nd quarter of 2017.

South Ossetia was Russia’s 122nd largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2018 (up from 126th in the 2nd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.0111% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0090% in the 2nd quarter of 2017).

South Ossetia was Russia’s 111th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2018 (up from 116th in the 2nd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.0139% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0111% in the 2nd quarter of 2017).

South Ossetia was Russia’s 113th largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2018 (down from 110th in the 2nd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.0059% of Russia’s total imports (just as in the 2nd quarter of 2017).
