Russia’s Trade with Sweden

In the 3rd quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with Sweden totaled $1,068,770,172, up 4.72% ($48,172,832) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s exports to Sweden in the 3rd quarter of 2018 totaled $563,215,049, up 10.33% ($52,735,039) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s imports from Sweden in the 3rd quarter of 2018 were $505,555,123, down 0.89% ($4,562,207) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s trade surplus with Sweden in the 3rd quarter of 2018 was $57,659,926, a 15,798.29% increase ($57,297,246) over the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Sweden was Russia’s 34th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (down from 29th in the 3rd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.6211% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.6981% in the 3rd quarter of 2017).

Sweden was Russia’s 37th largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (down from 35th in the 3rd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.5020% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.5980% in the 3rd quarter of 2017).

Sweden was Russia’s 27th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (just as in the 3rd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.8443% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.8386% in the 3rd quarter of 2017).

The major share of Russian exports to Sweden in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (and in the 3rd quarter of 2017) was accounted for the following product types:
