Russia’s Trade with Bosnia and Herzegovina

In the 4th quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with Bosnia and Herzegovina was $67,132,051, down 1.52% ($1,035,841) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s exports to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 4th quarter of 2018 totaled $28,128,780, up 1.33% ($368,678) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s imports from Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 4th quarter of 2018 were $39,003,271, down 3.48% ($1,404,519) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s trade deficit with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 4th quarter of 2018 was $10,874,491, a 14.02% decrease ($1,773,197) over the 4th quarter of 2017.

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 4th quarter of 2018 over the 4th quarter of 2017 were recorded for the following product groups:

  • Iron and steel (HS code 72) - a decrease of $6,500,567;
  • Raw hides and skins (other than furskins) and leather (HS code 41) - a decrease of $712,818;
  • Nuclear reactors, boilers, machinery and mechanical appliances; parts thereof (HS code 84) - a decrease of $357,881.
