Russia’s Trade with Tunisia

In the 1st quarter of 2019, Russia’s trade with Tunisia was $157,293,750, down 2.51% ($4,055,116) from the 1st quarter of 2018.

Russia’s exports to Tunisia in the 1st quarter of 2019 were $119,059,729, down 0.46% ($545,553) from the 1st quarter of 2018.

Russia’s imports from Tunisia in the 1st quarter of 2019 were $38,234,021, down 8.41% ($3,509,563) from the 1st quarter of 2018.

Russia’s trade surplus with Tunisia in the 1st quarter of 2019 was $80,825,708, a 3.81% increase ($2,964,010) over the 1st quarter of 2018.

  • Pulp of wood or of other fibrous cellulosic material; waste and scrap of paper or paperboard (HS code 47) - an increase of $1,898,660;
  • Sugars and sugar confectionery (HS code 17) - an increase of $402,473.

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Tunisia in the 1st quarter of 2019 over the 1st quarter of 2018 were recorded for the following product groups:
