Russia’s Trade with Armenia

In the 2nd quarter of 2019, Russia’s trade with Armenia totaled $479,767,750, up 18.09% ($73,487,797) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s exports to Armenia in the 2nd quarter of 2019 totaled $291,372,565, up 5.57% ($15,378,825) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s imports from Armenia in the 2nd quarter of 2019 totaled $188,395,185, up 44.60% ($58,108,972) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s trade surplus with Armenia in the 2nd quarter of 2019 was $102,977,380, a 29.33% decrease ($42,730,147) over the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Armenia was Russia’s 48th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 56th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.2997% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.2377% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Armenia was Russia’s 49th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 51st in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.2892% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.2504% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Armenia was Russia’s 46th largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 56th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.3176% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.2146% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Russia’s Exports to Armenia

The major share of Russian exports to Armenia in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2018) was accounted for the following product types:
