Russia’s Trade with Pakistan

In the 2nd quarter of 2019, Russia’s trade with Pakistan was $129,029,628, down 24.10% ($40,972,180) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s exports to Pakistan in the 2nd quarter of 2019 were $40,433,536, down 56.11% ($51,681,789) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s imports from Pakistan in the 2nd quarter of 2019 totaled $88,596,092, up 13.75% ($10,709,609) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s trade balance with Pakistan went from a surplus of $14,228,842 in the 2nd quarter of 2018, to a deficit of $48,162,556 in the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Pakistan was Russia’s 77th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 78th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.0806% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.0995% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Pakistan was Russia’s 65th largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (down from 64th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.1493% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.1283% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Russia’s Exports to Pakistan

The major share of Russian exports to Pakistan in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2018) was accounted for the following product types:
