The Chinese automaker «Lifan» began the construction of a plant in the Russian city of Lipetsk.

Today, the Chinese automaker «Lifan» began the construction of a plant in the Russian city of Lipetsk. Construction will last about 2 years. The plant will produce 60,000 cars a year.
