The first flight of a joint Russian-Chinese wide-body long-range aircraft is scheduled for 2022.
Russia and China agreed on the appearance and dimensions of the joint wide-body long-haul aircraft CR929. Currently, work is underway on the preliminary design of the aircraft and the selection of contractors. It is expected that these works will be completed by the middle of next year.
