Russia’s Trade with Montenegro

In the 3rd quarter of 2016, Russia’s trade with Montenegro totaled $5,421,217, up 121.95% ($2,978,655) from the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s exports to Montenegro in the 3rd quarter of 2016 totaled $4,232,020, up 157.50% ($2,588,493) from the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s imports from Montenegro in the 3rd quarter of 2016 totaled $1,189,197, up 48.83% ($390,162) from the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s trade surplus with Montenegro in the 3rd quarter of 2016 was $3,042,823, a 260.31% increase ($2,198,331) over the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Montenegro was Russia’s 141st largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2016 (up from 151st in the 3rd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.0044% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0019% in the 3rd quarter of 2015).

Montenegro was Russia’s 130th largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2016 (up from 143rd in the 3rd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.0059% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0021% in the 3rd quarter of 2015).

Montenegro was Russia’s 129th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2016 (up from 130th in the 3rd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.0024% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0017% in the 3rd quarter of 2015).

  • Wood and articles of wood; wood charcoal (HS code 44) - a decrease of $40,337;
  • Articles of iron or steel (HS code 73) - a decrease of $35,402;
  • Inorganic chemicals; organic or inorganic compounds of precious metals, of rare-earth metals,of radioactive elements or of isotopes (HS code 28) - a decrease of $29,885;
  • Railway or tramway locomotives, rolling-stock and parts thereof; railway or tramway track fixtures and fittings and parts thereof; mechanical (including electro-mechanical) traffic signalling equipment of all kinds (HS code 86) - a decrease of $27,540;
  • Ceramic products (HS code 69) - a decrease of $21,806;
  • Edible vegetables and certain roots and tubers (HS code 07) - a decrease of $19,377;
  • Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, precision, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus; parts and accessories thereof (HS code 90) - a decrease of $15,542.
