In 2016, Russia’s trade with Morocco totaled $1,291,122,965, up 27.28% ($276,691,608) from 2015.

Russia’s exports to Morocco in 2016 totaled $724,598,261, up 32.23% ($176,626,896) from 2015.

Russia’s imports from Morocco in 2016 totaled $566,524,704, up 21.45% ($100,064,712) from 2015.

Russia’s trade surplus with Morocco in 2016 was $158,073,557, a 93.93% increase ($76,562,184) over 2015.

Morocco was Russia’s 52nd largest trading partner in 2016 (up from 60th in 2015), accounting for 0.2760% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1928% in 2015).

Morocco was Russia’s 55th largest export market in 2016 (up from 63rd in 2015), accounting for 0.2538% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.1595% in 2015).

Morocco was Russia’s 47th largest supplier in 2016 (up from 52nd in 2015), accounting for 0.3108% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.2553% in 2015).

  • Metals and products from them (HS codes 72-83) - 23.11% of Russia’s total exports to Morocco (13.27% in 2015);
