Russia’s Trade with Finland

In the 2nd quarter of 2017, Russia’s trade with Finland totaled $3,097,932,240, up 37.79% ($849,581,579) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s exports to Finland in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $2,204,748,976, up 38.79% ($616,215,694) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s imports from Finland in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $893,183,264, up 35.37% ($233,365,885) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s trade surplus with Finland in the 2nd quarter of 2017 was $1,311,565,712, a 41.22% increase ($382,849,809) over the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Finland was Russia’s 14th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 15th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 2.2166% of Russia’s total trade (up from 2.0658% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Finland was Russia’s 12th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 13th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 2.6256% of Russia’s total exports (up from 2.3907% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Finland was Russia’s 14th largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 15th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 1.6011% of Russia’s total imports (up from 1.5565% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Russia’s Exports to Finland

The major share of Russian exports to Finland in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2016) was accounted for the following product types:
