In the 2nd quarter of 2017, Russia’s trade with Guatemala was $21,971,292, down 11.58% ($2,878,774) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s exports to Guatemala in the 2nd quarter of 2017 were $18,400,392, down 11.38% ($2,362,706) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s imports from Guatemala in the 2nd quarter of 2017 were $3,570,900, down 12.63% ($516,068) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s trade surplus with Guatemala in the 2nd quarter of 2017 was $14,829,492, a 11.07% decrease ($1,846,638) over the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s Imports from Guatemala

The major share of Russian imports from Guatemala in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2016) was accounted for the following product types:

  • Food products and agricultural raw materials (HS codes 01-24) - 97.71% of Russia’s total imports from Guatemala (97.68% in the 2nd quarter of 2016);
  • Textiles, textile products and footwear (HS codes 50-67) - 1.70% of Russia’s total imports from Guatemala (1.97% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).
