Russia’s Trade with Georgia

In the 2nd quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with Georgia totaled $363,740,327, up 38.66% ($101,423,383) from the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s exports to Georgia in the 2nd quarter of 2018 totaled $255,854,802, up 51.21% ($86,650,088) from the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s imports from Georgia in the 2nd quarter of 2018 totaled $107,885,525, up 15.87% ($14,773,295) from the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s trade surplus with Georgia in the 2nd quarter of 2018 was $147,969,277, a 94.46% increase ($71,876,793) over the 2nd quarter of 2017.

Georgia was Russia’s 59th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2018 (up from 62nd in the 2nd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.2128% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1877% in the 2nd quarter of 2017).

Georgia was Russia’s 54th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2018 (up from 55th in the 2nd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.2322% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.2015% in the 2nd quarter of 2017).

Georgia was Russia’s 60th largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2018 (just as in the 2nd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.1777% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.1669% in the 2nd quarter of 2017).
