Russia’s Trade with Canada

In the 4th quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with Canada totaled $427,825,483, up 21.00% ($74,261,616) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s exports to Canada in the 4th quarter of 2018 totaled $222,175,353, up 35.33% ($57,997,707) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s imports from Canada in the 4th quarter of 2018 totaled $205,650,130, up 8.59% ($16,263,909) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s trade balance with Canada went from a deficit of $25,208,575 in the 4th quarter of 2017, to a surplus of $16,525,223 in the 4th quarter of 2018.

Canada was Russia’s 58th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2018 (up from 59th in the 4th quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.2290% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.2115% in the 4th quarter of 2017).

Canada was Russia’s 62nd largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2018 (up from 66th in the 4th quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.1785% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.1596% in the 4th quarter of 2017).
