Russia’s Trade with Peru

In the 4th quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with Peru totaled $101,191,029, up 15.75% ($13,767,158) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s exports to Peru in the 4th quarter of 2018 were $52,738,146, down 16.65% ($10,531,664) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s imports from Peru in the 4th quarter of 2018 totaled $48,452,883, up 100.60% ($24,298,822) from the 4th quarter of 2017.

Russia’s trade surplus with Peru in the 4th quarter of 2018 was $4,285,263, a 89.04% decrease ($34,830,486) over the 4th quarter of 2017.

Peru was Russia’s 89th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2018 (down from 85th in the 4th quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.0542% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0523% in the 4th quarter of 2017).

Peru was Russia’s 89th largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2018 (down from 78th in the 4th quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.0424% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0615% in the 4th quarter of 2017).

Peru was Russia’s 76th largest supplier in the 4th quarter of 2018 (up from 86th in the 4th quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.0777% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0376% in the 4th quarter of 2017).

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Peru in the 4th quarter of 2018 over the 4th quarter of 2017 were recorded for the following product groups:

  • Fertilizers (HS code 31) - a decrease of $24,527,548;
  • Cereals (HS code 10) - a decrease of $6,082,483;

Russia’s Imports from Peru
