Russia’s Trade with Sweden

In the 1st quarter of 2019, Russia’s trade with Sweden was $1,017,419,905, down 26.80% ($372,531,354) from the 1st quarter of 2018.

Russia’s exports to Sweden in the 1st quarter of 2019 were $539,433,413, down 38.84% ($342,574,885) from the 1st quarter of 2018.

Russia’s imports from Sweden in the 1st quarter of 2019 were $477,986,492, down 5.90% ($29,956,469) from the 1st quarter of 2018.

Russia’s trade surplus with Sweden in the 1st quarter of 2019 was $61,446,921, a 83.57% decrease ($312,618,416) over the 1st quarter of 2018.

Sweden was Russia’s 32nd largest trading partner in the 1st quarter of 2019 (down from 24th in the 1st quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.6463% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.8818% in the 1st quarter of 2018).

Sweden was Russia’s 25th largest supplier in the 1st quarter of 2019 (just as in the 1st quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.9011% of Russia’s total imports (down from 0.9301% in the 1st quarter of 2018).

The major share of Russian exports to Sweden in the 1st quarter of 2019 (and in the 1st quarter of 2018) was accounted for the following product types:
