Russia’s Trade with South Africa

In the 2nd quarter of 2019, Russia’s trade with South Africa totaled $308,013,242, up 4.67% ($13,754,582) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s exports to South Africa in the 2nd quarter of 2019 were $58,482,628, down 32.40% ($28,034,806) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s imports from South Africa in the 2nd quarter of 2019 totaled $249,530,614, up 20.12% ($41,789,388) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s trade deficit with South Africa in the 2nd quarter of 2019 was $191,047,986, a 57.60% increase ($69,824,194) over the 2nd quarter of 2018.

South Africa was Russia’s 63rd largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 67th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.1924% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1722% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).
