Russia’s Trade with Cote d’Ivoire

In the 3rd quarter of 2019, Russia’s trade with Cote d’Ivoire was $56,303,799, down 3.58% ($2,087,567) from the 3rd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s exports to Cote d’Ivoire in the 3rd quarter of 2019 were $10,741,289, down 21.47% ($2,936,188) from the 3rd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s imports from Cote d’Ivoire in the 3rd quarter of 2019 totaled $45,562,510, up 1.90% ($848,621) from the 3rd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s trade deficit with Cote d’Ivoire in the 3rd quarter of 2019 was $34,821,221, a 12.19% increase ($3,784,809) over the 3rd quarter of 2018.

Cote d’Ivoire was Russia’s 101st largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2019 (down from 100th in the 3rd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.0339% of Russia’s total trade (just as in the 3rd quarter of 2018).

Cote d’Ivoire was Russia’s 121st largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2019 (down from 114th in the 3rd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.0104% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0122% in the 3rd quarter of 2018).

Cote d’Ivoire was Russia’s 77th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2019 (down from 74th in the 3rd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.0728% of Russia’s total imports (down from 0.0747% in the 3rd quarter of 2018).

  • Organic chemicals (HS code 29) - an increase of $179,510;
  • Inorganic chemicals; organic or inorganic compounds of precious metals, of rare-earth metals,of radioactive elements or of isotopes (HS code 28) - an increase of $129,328;
  • Pharmaceutical products (HS code 30) - an increase of $123,900;
  • Articles of iron or steel (HS code 73) - an increase of $73,895;
  • Glass and glassware (HS code 70) - an increase of $35,785.

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Cote d’Ivoire in the 3rd quarter of 2019 over the 3rd quarter of 2018 were recorded for the following product groups:
