Russia’s imports from Syria in 2019 were $3,971,129, down 6.36% ($269,506) from 2018.

Russia’s trade surplus with Syria in 2019 was $165,902,985, a 57.78% decrease ($227,081,035) over 2018.

  • Edible vegetables and certain roots and tubers (HS code 07) - an increase of $2,599,921;
  • Products of the milling industry; malt; starches; inulin; wheat gluten (HS code 11) - an increase of $712,544;
  • Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, precision, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus; parts and accessories thereof (HS code 90) - an increase of $686,290.
