Russia’s Trade with Trinidad and Tobago

In the 1st quarter of 2020, Russia’s trade with Trinidad and Tobago was $8,919,674, down 0.53% ($47,118) from the 1st quarter of 2019.

Russia’s exports to Trinidad and Tobago in the 1st quarter of 2020 were $8,806,885, down 1.10% ($98,302) from the 1st quarter of 2019.

Russia’s imports from Trinidad and Tobago in the 1st quarter of 2020 totaled $112,789, up 83.08% ($51,184) from the 1st quarter of 2019.

  • Mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation; bituminous substances; mineral waxes (HS code 27) - an increase of $71,615.

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Trinidad and Tobago in the 1st quarter of 2020 over the 1st quarter of 2019 were recorded for the following product groups:

  • Nuclear reactors, boilers, machinery and mechanical appliances; parts thereof (HS code 84) - a decrease of $425,411;
  • Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, precision, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus; parts and accessories thereof (HS code 90) - a decrease of $35,238;
  • Paper and paperboard; articles of paper pulp, of paper or of paperboard (HS code 48) - a decrease of $28,807.
