Russia’s Trade with Abkhazia

In the 2nd quarter of 2020, Russia’s trade with Abkhazia was $48,232,994, down 24.60% ($15,739,240) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s exports to Abkhazia in the 2nd quarter of 2020 were $33,693,230, down 31.60% ($15,565,207) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s imports from Abkhazia in the 2nd quarter of 2020 were $14,539,764, down 1.18% ($174,033) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s trade surplus with Abkhazia in the 2nd quarter of 2020 was $19,153,466, a 44.55% decrease ($15,391,174) over the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Abkhazia was Russia’s 96th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (down from 92nd in the 2nd quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.0395% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.0400% in the 2nd quarter of 2019).

Abkhazia was Russia’s 87th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (down from 85th in the 2nd quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.0482% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0489% in the 2nd quarter of 2019).

Abkhazia was Russia’s 90th largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (up from 92nd in the 2nd quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.0279% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0248% in the 2nd quarter of 2019).

Russia’s Exports to Abkhazia

The major share of Russian exports to Abkhazia in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2019) was accounted for the following product types:
