Russia’s Trade with South Africa

In the 2nd quarter of 2020, Russia’s trade with South Africa was $278,782,975, down 9.49% ($29,230,267) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s exports to South Africa in the 2nd quarter of 2020 totaled $96,381,559, up 64.80% ($37,898,931) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s imports from South Africa in the 2nd quarter of 2020 were $182,401,416, down 26.90% ($67,129,198) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s trade deficit with South Africa in the 2nd quarter of 2020 was $86,019,857, a 54.97% decrease ($105,028,129) over the 2nd quarter of 2019.

South Africa was Russia’s 63rd largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (just as in the 2nd quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.2285% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1924% in the 2nd quarter of 2019).
