Russia’s Trade with Mongolia

In the 1st quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with Mongolia totaled $430,956,409, up 19.13% ($69,215,327) from the 1st quarter of 2020.

Russia’s exports to Mongolia in the 1st quarter of 2021 totaled $420,803,610, up 18.78% ($66,521,287) from the 1st quarter of 2020.

Russia’s imports from Mongolia in the 1st quarter of 2021 totaled $10,152,799, up 36.12% ($2,694,040) from the 1st quarter of 2020.

Russia’s trade surplus with Mongolia in the 1st quarter of 2021 was $410,650,811, a 18.40% increase ($63,827,247) over the 1st quarter of 2020.

Mongolia was Russia’s 53rd largest trading partner in the 1st quarter of 2021 (up from 55th in the 1st quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.2788% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.2545% in the 1st quarter of 2020).

Mongolia was Russia’s 38th largest export market in the 1st quarter of 2021 (up from 43rd in the 1st quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.4561% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.3982% in the 1st quarter of 2020).

Mongolia was Russia’s 97th largest supplier in the 1st quarter of 2021 (up from 100th in the 1st quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.0163% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0140% in the 1st quarter of 2020).

Russia’s Exports to Mongolia

The major share of Russian exports to Mongolia in the 1st quarter of 2021 (and in the 1st quarter of 2020) was accounted for the following product types:
