Russia’s Trade with Tajikistan
In the 1st quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with Tajikistan totaled $233,232,159, up 11.60% ($24,249,977) from the 1st quarter of 2020.
Russia’s exports to Tajikistan in the 1st quarter of 2021 totaled $220,273,402, up 9.10% ($18,379,516) from the 1st quarter of 2020.
Russia’s imports from Tajikistan in the 1st quarter of 2021 totaled $12,958,757, up 82.82% ($5,870,461) from the 1st quarter of 2020.
Russia’s trade surplus with Tajikistan in the 1st quarter of 2021 was $207,314,645, a 6.42% increase ($12,509,055) over the 1st quarter of 2020.
Tajikistan was Russia’s 65th largest trading partner in the 1st quarter of 2021 (up from 69th in the 1st quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.1509% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1470% in the 1st quarter of 2020).
Tajikistan was Russia’s 52nd largest export market in the 1st quarter of 2021 (up from 56th in the 1st quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.2388% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.2269% in the 1st quarter of 2020).
Tajikistan was Russia’s 92nd largest supplier in the 1st quarter of 2021 (up from 102nd in the 1st quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.0208% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0133% in the 1st quarter of 2020).
Russia’s Exports to Tajikistan
The major share of Russian exports to Tajikistan in the 1st quarter of 2021 (and in the 1st quarter of 2020) was accounted for the following product types:
