Russia’s Trade with the Netherlands

In the 3rd quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with the Netherlands totaled $12,063,594,543, up 101.35% ($6,072,152,928) from the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s exports to the Netherlands in the 3rd quarter of 2021 totaled $10,965,017,656, up 119.73% ($5,974,862,297) from the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s imports from the Netherlands in the 3rd quarter of 2021 totaled $1,098,576,887, up 9.72% ($97,290,631) from the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s trade surplus with the Netherlands in the 3rd quarter of 2021 was $9,866,440,769, a 147.35% increase ($5,877,571,666) over the 3rd quarter of 2020.

The Netherlands was Russia’s 3rd largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (up from 5th in the 3rd quarter of 2020), accounting for 5.7866% of Russia’s total trade (up from 4.3870% in the 3rd quarter of 2020).

The Netherlands was Russia’s 2nd largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (up from 3rd in the 3rd quarter of 2020), accounting for 8.2203% of Russia’s total exports (up from 6.3445% in the 3rd quarter of 2020).

The Netherlands was Russia’s 14th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (down from 13th in the 3rd quarter of 2020), accounting for 1.4631% of Russia’s total imports (down from 1.7288% in the 3rd quarter of 2020).

The major share of Russian exports to the Netherlands in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (and in the 3rd quarter of 2020) was accounted for the following product types:
