In 2015, Russia’s trade with Tunisia was $367,032,762, down 30.66% ($162,315,012) from 2014.

Russia’s exports to Tunisia in 2015 were $273,189,114, down 31.58% ($126,072,627) from 2014.

Russia’s imports from Tunisia in 2015 were $93,843,648, down 27.86% ($36,242,385) from 2014.

Russia’s trade surplus with Tunisia in 2015 was $179,345,466, a 33.37% decrease ($89,830,242) over 2014.

Tunisia was Russia’s 82nd largest trading partner in 2015 (up from 85th in 2014), accounting for 0.0697% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0676% in 2014).

Tunisia was Russia’s 74th largest export market in 2015 (just as in 2014), accounting for 0.0795% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0803% in 2014).

Tunisia was Russia’s 80th largest supplier in 2015 (just as in 2014), accounting for 0.0514% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0455% in 2014).

  • Food products and agricultural raw materials (HS codes 01-24) - 33.79% of Russia’s total exports to Tunisia (22.24% in 2014);
  • Mineral products (HS codes 25-27) - 17.29% of Russia’s total exports to Tunisia (44.74% in 2014);
  • Wood and wood products (HS codes 44-49) - 3.88% of Russia’s total exports to Tunisia (2.59% in 2014);

The largest declines in Russia’s exports to Tunisia in 2015 over 2014 were recorded for the following product groups:

  • Mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation; bituminous substances; mineral waxes (HS code 27) - a decrease of $77,476,575;
  • Salt; sulfur; earths and stone; plastering materials, lime and cement (HS code 25) - a decrease of $53,925,235;
