Russia’s Trade with Malawi

In the 2nd quarter of 2017, Russia’s trade with Malawi totaled $21,373,512, up 122.07% ($11,748,680) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s exports to Malawi in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $5,489,085, up 639.70% ($4,747,013) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s imports from Malawi in the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled $15,884,427, up 78.82% ($7,001,667) from the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Russia’s trade deficit with Malawi in the 2nd quarter of 2017 was $10,395,342, a 27.70% increase ($2,254,654) over the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Malawi was Russia’s 118th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 124th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0153% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0088% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).

Malawi was Russia’s 125th largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2017 (up from 144th in the 2nd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0065% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0011% in the 2nd quarter of 2016).
