In 2018, Russia’s trade with Qatar totaled $78,791,038, up 7.47% ($5,473,320) from 2017.

Russia’s exports to Qatar in 2018 were $42,346,397, down 14.94% ($7,438,638) from 2017.

Russia’s imports from Qatar in 2018 totaled $36,444,641, up 54.87% ($12,911,958) from 2017.

Russia’s trade surplus with Qatar in 2018 was $5,901,756, a 77.52% decrease ($20,350,596) over 2017.

Qatar was Russia’s 128th largest trading partner in 2018 (down from 122nd in 2017), accounting for 0.0115% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.0126% in 2017).

Qatar was Russia’s 121st largest export market in 2018 (down from 116th in 2017), accounting for 0.0094% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0139% in 2017).

Qatar was Russia’s 97th largest supplier in 2018 (up from 101st in 2017), accounting for 0.0153% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0104% in 2017).

  • Metals and products from them (HS codes 72-83) - 7.41% of Russia’s total exports to Qatar (2.36% in 2017);

  • Wood and articles of wood; wood charcoal (HS code 44) - an increase of $277,131;
  • Glass and glassware (HS code 70) - an increase of $264,715;
