Russia’s Trade with Chile

In the 4th quarter of 2020, Russia’s trade with Chile was $263,738,493, down 6.15% ($17,278,608) from the 4th quarter of 2019.

Russia’s exports to Chile in the 4th quarter of 2020 were $13,189,820, down 51.44% ($13,969,442) from the 4th quarter of 2019.

Russia’s imports from Chile in the 4th quarter of 2020 were $250,548,673, down 1.30% ($3,309,166) from the 4th quarter of 2019.

Russia’s trade deficit with Chile in the 4th quarter of 2020 was $237,358,853, a 4.70% increase ($10,660,276) over the 4th quarter of 2019.

Chile was Russia’s 65th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2020 (up from 66th in the 4th quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.1627% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1562% in the 4th quarter of 2019).

Chile was Russia’s 119th largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2020 (down from 97th in the 4th quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.0140% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0243% in the 4th quarter of 2019).

Chile was Russia’s 40th largest supplier in the 4th quarter of 2020 (up from 42nd in the 4th quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.3705% of Russia’s total imports (down from 0.3732% in the 4th quarter of 2019).

  • Wood and wood products (HS codes 44-49) - 8.96% of Russia’s total exports to Chile (7.43% in the 4th quarter of 2019);
  • Food products and agricultural raw materials (HS codes 01-24) - 6.58% of Russia’s total exports to Chile (3.27% in the 4th quarter of 2019);
